Overview

Featuring Bluetooth wireless technology, the SS-BLT-300 is the ideal replacement of standard RS-422 communication cables. With standard differential RS-422 interface and conversion to Bluetooth class 1, this adapter can easily wirelessly bluetooth enable industrial or laboratory devices/machines with RS-422 interface. It is compatible with all Bluetooth V.2.0-certified and is backwards compatible with V.1.1/1.2 devices. You can connect between your computer (Master) and RS-422 devices (Slave) up to 100 meters away without any cables in your working environment. RS-422/485 serial communications over Bluetooth are provided with the SS-BLT-300 and SS-BLT-400 with a convenient terminal adapter for wiring connections. Power can be supplied via supplied AC/DC adapter and barrel connection or wired directly to DC voltage terminal block on the unit. The SS-BLT-300PR provides both the master and slave unit in one convienent package if either your master or slave devices is not already bluetooth enabled.
