Product Description

The PCITX8-2 is a tall 2U 64 bit right angle PCI riser. The height of the PCITX8-2 is designed to clear that of PCITX8-1, so that two PCI I/O boards can be inserted in parallel with the motherboard in the same direction. Both risers support the PCIX mode. User must specify VIO version and the side where the connector is mounted when placing an order. An on-board jumper allows VIO conversion, so a 3.3V I/O board can be used in a 5V slot, and vice versa. To order, specify -3 for VIO=3.3V, -5 for VIO=5V, -5/3 for 5V card in a 3.3V slot, -3/5 for 3.3V card in a 5V slot.

Also, add -A for connector on A side or -B for connector on B side of the extender. When user's I/O board is inserted on B side, it will be parallel to the motherboard with component side down.

The overall dimension of the PCITX8-2 is 5.24"L X 2.08"H The connector center height is 1.83" for 2B or 1.43" for 2A.
