Orbit Micro Rolls Out New 12VDC 250W ATX 12V Computer Power Supply

Orbit Micro an industrial and server systems integrator, has announced the availability of the KP-DX250H, a 12VDC 250W PS/2 power supply. Designed for mobile car computing applications the KP-DX250H 250W DC power supply accepts 12V directly from the car’s battery to power an in-car computer.

The KP-DX250H supports ATX function and supports a 12V output for a Pentium 4 motherboards. The KP-DX250H allows for more advanced mobile computing applications such as GPS navigation, mobile surveillance systems, mobile communication centers, advanced mobile media centers, and mobile workstations for field technicians.

With an MTBF of 100k hours at 25°C and an operating temperature of 32°F ~122 °F ( 0~ 50°C), the KP-DX250H is also suitable for industrial environments, that require reliability under harsh conditions.

The KP-DX250H meets the following safety standards, UL 1950, CSA 22.2 No.234, TUV IEC 950, FCC Class B, VDE Class B.
